  • 16. How to set humanoid detection and mobile tracking?

    On APP main interface, click “…” → “Settings” → “Smart detection alarm”.


    1. Enable “Smart detection alarm”.
    2. Enable “Humanoid detection”:  Alarm is triggered when human body show up in camera range.
    3. Enable “Mobile tracking”: When a object is detected, the camera lens will automatically follow the movement. 


     


  • 17. Why is the camera's image flipped?
    On APP main interface, click “…” → “Settings” → “Picture settings” → turn on “Image 

    rotation 180°”. 



  • 18. How to reset the camera to factory settings?

    Keep the camera powered on, press the reset botton for 6-8 seconds until you hear the prompt tone “Ding…Ding”. 


  • 19. How to set phone to receive Motion Detection Alarm?
    1. Click “Me” on APP main interface. 
    2. Click “Settings”.  
    3. Enable "Push notification".
    4. Back to “Me” interface, click “System authority settings”. 
    5. Make sure “Notification permission” is on. If it is “on”, goes to step 8. If it is “off ”, click it to enter your phone “Settings” interface.
    6. Click “Notifications”. 

    7. Enable "Allow Notifications".


    8. Back to APP main interface, click “…”.
    9. Enable “Alarm push”.
    10. Click “Settings”.
    11. Click “Smart detection alarm”.
    12. Enable “Smart detection alarm”, click “<”. 
    13. Click “Push message”.
    14. Enable “APP push alert message”.
    15. Click “Complete” to save the settings.



       
  • 20. I don't want to get too many motion detection notifications
    Avoid some area for unwanted triggers, such as a tree, shrub or foliage that is blown by the wind, flying insect, people moving along sidewalks or streets that are close toyour home, vehicles moving in the background or streets, movement or light reflected off smooth surface like glass, and frequent light changes. 

    You can reduce the alarm notification or some false alarm by setting the following points.

    (On APP main interface, click “…” → “Settings” → “Smart detection alarm”) 


    1. Set the Motion detection sensitivity to low. 
    2. Turn on humanoid detection if necessary so that an alarm will only be issued when a person is detected. 
    3. Set the intelligent detection period, set some time periods without alarm push.
    4. Customize the detection area to reduce unimportant alarm information.

  • 21. Screen brighten when entering the live video interface

    Click “Me” on APP main interface, turn off the Screen brightness switch.   


  • 22. No sound from the camera when I view the camera on the app
    1. Check if you have turned on sound on Live view interface.

    2. On APP main interface, click “ …” → “Settings” → “Recording setting” → check if you have turned on “Record sound switch”. 


  • 23. Can I watch two or more cameras at the same time?

    If you have two or more cameras and want to watch them in one window at the same time, you can make them as a group in one window.


    1. Click “Group” on the APP main interface.
    2. Click “Add group”. 
    3. Select the cameras to be grouped.
    4. Click “Next”.
    5. Make a name for the group.
    6. Click “Complete” to finish the group setup.
